F.A.Q

CANADA POST IS CURRENTLY ON STRIKE. PLEASE READ THIS FULLY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER   (Updated Nov 15th 2024)
    • Canada Post has gone on strike. All shipping within Canada will now be done through Chit Chats or Stallions, and all letter mail is suspended. Letter mail to the U.S. is still available. I am looking at offering local pick up and delivery, but that has not been decided just yet. If you have any concerns please email me at monsterclicheproductions@gmail.com

     OTHER ORDER INFORMATION

    • During this time all orders will be going out every two weeks. If you need it sooner please email us. Any made to order items could take up to 3 weeks or more to make.
    • Your order may be sent out quicker, but please do not expect this. Again, if you have any questions please email us at monsterclicheproductions@gmail.com.
    • Everywhere is still experiencing long shipping times, so please be patient.
    • Local delivery is available for a fee and will be the fastest and safest shipping option. If you do not purchase trackable shipping, your items could be lost in the mail, and unfortunately there is next to nothing I can do to get those items back.
    • To stay informed about when I'm sending out shipments, please follow my instagram (@monstercliche), twitter (@negaverse_queer), bluesky (@monstercliche), as I will post when I'm going to ship things out, so you can also last minute order if need be.
Last but not least, thank you so much for your understanding and support during this time. When you support my work, you are not supporting a large corporation- you're supporting a one person queer & disabled owned business, and it means the world to me when my work is appreciated <3
Wish you all well, and stay safe!

    SHIPPING F.A.Q

     Where are you located?

    • Toronto, Ontario, Canada

    What is your Refund Policy?

    • All items are final sale and non-refundable. Please take the time to read product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.

What if my items arrive damaged?

    • I cannot control how products are handled during their transportation to you. I try my best to package items to the best of my abilities (by using bubble mailers, or boxes with lots of padding), but once an order is in the mail it is completely out of my hands.
How long will my order take to arrive after it is shipped out?

Here are the the approximate shipping times by area (I cannot guarantee these dates as each carrier is different- especially now.):

    • Canadian Shipments: 6-15 business days (Canadian Shipments do not get delivered on Weekends, so do not count those as business days.)
    • US Shipments: 7-30 business days
    • International Shipments: 2-6 business weeks

I placed an order but didn't want to purchase trackable shipping because it's too expensive, and now I think my order has been lost in the mail. Can you resend my order?

    • If you do not chose trackable shipping there is a possibility that your order could get lost in the mail. Canada Post has especially said that the only way to guarantee that you will receive your package is to choose an option with tracking.
    • If any packages are lost within the mail I am not responsible for sending out replacements, and as said above, please choose trackable shipping options at check out if you're concerned!

Will I have to pay custom fees on my order?

    • Custom fees and duties may be incurred depending on shipping destination and I cannot control how little or how much they could be.

What if I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address?

    • Please, please please, provide the correct address when ordering! I understand mistakes happen, and if they do, contact me ASAP (within 48 hrs) to make the correction. If your address has changed during the run of a  preordered items that have not shipped out please email me ASAP and I'll happily fix your address: monsterclicheproductions@gmail.com

    What Does "B Grade" Mean?

    • "B Grade" means a pin or patch has small imperfections like specs of dust, little bumps or dips, etc on the surface or design. When I get a "B Grade" pin I don't feel comfortable selling them at full price, so they're heavily discounted (see the last image for an example of what a B Grade Pin could look like!) If you'd like more details on what a "B Grade" enamel pin is, here's a great resource to read through.
